JN is a Chinese Steel Pipe Supplier and Manufacturer, providing high quality, durable steel pipe products. Our steel pipes are strong, durable, accurate in size, and excellent in performance, and are popular with customers in 60+ countries. All our products meet ISO and SGS standards, and are made of materials produced in accordance with ASTM, JIS, DIN, GOST, ASME, BSI, GB, HG, EN, AMS, etc.
Industrial steel pipes are long hollow strips that are widely used to transport fluids such as oil, gas, water, and coal gas. In addition, steel pipes have good tensile strength and are lightweight, so they are also widely used in manufacturing mechanical parts and engineering structures. The quality and safe operation of the project depends on whether the piping system can withstand the harsh environment.
JN is a Stainless Steel and Special Metal manufacturer and exporter, and our products include stainless steel pipes, duplex steel pipes, nickel alloy pipes, carbon steel pipes, alloy steel pipes, seamless pipes and welded pipes.
We make sure every pipe is top quality by checking carefully at every step.
JN can make pipes in different shapes beyond the standard round tube. We regularly produce round pipes, square pipes, and hexagonal pipes, all to exact sizes. We also customize other things like the pipe's thickness, length, surface smoothness, and even the type of metal to fit your specific job.
For large buyers, we understand that the minimum order quantity is important. Our standard MOQ is usually 1 metric ton for common sizes and grades. For special shapes or less common materials, the MOQ might be higher, starting around 3 metric tons, because setting up the machines takes more work.
How do we do it?
First, we only buy raw steel from trusted suppliers who give us proof of the material's recipe and strength. We double-check this recipe using special tools, almost like an X-ray gun, to be sure it's the right grade. We also look closely at the steel for any scratches or dents before we use it.
During production, we watch the machines closely, especially when shaping the pipe and welding the seam, to keep everything perfect. After welding, many pipes need a special heat bath followed by a cleaning to make them strong and rust-resistant; we control the temperature and timing exactly.
Finally, every finished pipe gets tested. We fill it with high-pressure water to check for leaks, use electricity to find hidden flaws, measure its size and straightness very precisely, and inspect the surface. We keep records so we can trace each pipe back to its original steel batch.
We make pipes exactly how you need them. We produce standard round pipes in many sizes and thicknesses. Plus, we can make square and rectangular pipes and other special shapes based on your drawings. For common pipes, you can start with just 1 ton, and we offer even better prices for bigger projects.
Quality is our top priority. We start by carefully checking the steel from trusted suppliers to make sure it's the right strength. Every single carbon pipe is measured to guarantee the correct diameter and wall thickness.
Our alloy steel pipes keep running longer under extreme heat and pressure.
Alloy steel pipes and tubes are cylindrical components manufactured from steels intentionally enhanced with specific alloying compositions in precise concentrations beyond standard carbon steels. Alloy steels have elevated tensile strength, enhanced toughness, superior corrosion resistance, and sustained performance under extreme temperatures or high-pressure conditions. Produced via seamless or welded processes, these pipes undergo strict quality controls to comply with industrial standards like ASTM A335, A213, and A369.
Common grades include Grade 3, Grade 6, Grade 8, Grade 9, P5, P9, P11, P12, P22, P91, and P92. Applications span power generation boilers, petrochemical refineries, offshore oil rigs, geothermal systems, and nuclear facilities, and aggressive environments are key.
Our seamless nickel alloy tubing delivers proven corrosion resistance and reliability for demanding heat exchanger, chemical processing, and petrochemical applications worldwide.
Nickel alloy pipes and tubes have high nickel content, strategically combined with chromium, molybdenum, iron, copper, and other elements like titanium, aluminum, and niobium. Their exceptional resistance to various forms of corrosive degradation, including uniform corrosion, pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress-corrosion cracking in aggressive media such as hot acids, caustic solutions, seawater, chlorides, and sulfur compounds encountered in chemical processing, oil and gas production, and pollution control systems.
Furthermore, nickel alloys exhibit outstanding high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and microstructural stability under prolonged thermal exposure and cyclic conditions, making them indispensable for applications in power generation, gas turbines, heat exchangers, and furnace components operating well beyond the capabilities of standard heat-resistant steels.
