We are pleased to share the successful shipment of a comprehensive set of 16-inch piping fittings, consisting of high-alloy stainless steel materials in both 904L and F347H grades.

A Brazilian industrial client recently completed a successful procurement cooperation with our company. They purchased a full set of super duplex stainless steel pipe fittings—including elbows, pipe bends, and a concentric reducer—manufactured to ASTM A815 UNS S32750 (also known as 2507 super duplex), for use in demanding oil & gas and petrochemical pipeline systems. The goods were shipped via sea freight to the Port of Santos, Brazil.

The Kuwaiti customer was impressed by the quality and performance of our nickel alloy products. Our Incoloy 800 steel pipes have excellent high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance in the petrochemical industry, can resist the erosion of high-temperature gases and corrosive media on the material, and ensure the long-term stable operation of heat exchangers and pipelines under harsh conditions. The customer appreciated the high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of the product, which are the key features they need in the petrochemical industry.

On September 14, 2025, a well-known Malaysian petrochemical engineering company successfully purchased 41 tons of high-quality Inconel 625 steel pipes from us for its latest chemical processing plant upgrade. Both F53 (UNS S32750) and F55 (UNS S32760) are super duplex stainless steels with identical yield strength, overlapping PREN values above 40, and full qualification under NACE MR0175 and NORSOK M-650. The decisive difference is alloy chemistry: F55 adds tungsten and copper, which provide measurably superior resistance to reducing acids such as dilute H₂SO₄ and HCl.

No single nickel alloy is "best" for all acids. Selection is acid-specific: concentration, temperature, and impurity profile dictate the correct grade. This guide examines the seven major acid families encountered in chemical processing plants and provides definitive, data-backed alloy recommendations for each.

●316L — the workhorse of the industry, widely used and widely misapplied

●904L — a high-alloy grade with exceptional resistance to sulfuric and phosphoric acids

●254SMO — a 6% molybdenum "super austenitic" grade, the first choice for aggressive chloride environments

Incoloy 825 and Hastelloy C276 are both NACE MR0175-approved for sour service, but they serve different severity tiers. 825 handles moderate sour conditions at ~55–65% of C276's cost. C276 is required for the most aggressive sour environments. The selection hinges on H₂S partial pressure, chloride concentration, temperature, and the presence of elemental sulfur.

Pipe spool is a prefabricated section of piping that includes pipe, fittings (elbows, tees, reducers, flanges, valves), and supports, welded and assembled in a controlled workshop environment before being shipped to the construction site for installation.

Hastelloy C22 and C276 are both nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloys produced by Haynes International (formerly Cabot Corporation / Stellite Division). They belong to the same family of corrosion-resistant Hastelloy alloys, but they were developed in different decades to address evolving industrial needs.
